Please stay tuned! (Eek a mouse-bitty bong bong)

Yes, during the days of "BENDEL TELEVISION", this is what we were subjected to listen to during their usual "transmission breaks".

What? Lol! Naija tv used to be so funny back in the day - did you also have the bead-and-string puppets that used to dance to Michael Jackson songs?

I have never heard this song before, but I like everything about it, the rhythm, the voice and especially the bong bong gidi dong gong riffs . . . brilliant!

@Patrice: heheheh I was indoctrinated into reggae at an early age, and I did not even know it....I must have listened to this song almost every day...a couple of years back, went to a reggea shop to look for his CD, the funny thing is I actually remembered his name, even though I had not heard that track for more than twenty years....I actually sang it in the shop.....hehehe, now I have some tracks...do you like burning spear? He is great too.

I'll put up one of my favorite burning spear track if I can find it.

I don't really like reggae, save the odd song here and there, but generally, the sound just doesn't resonate with me. The Bitty Bong Bong song is one of those exceptions, perhaps because it crosses musical genres and is more palatable to a mostly pop radio inculcated ear like mine.
