Chevron and the Niger Delta.

I'd think that our own military who did the actual shootings are more culpable. It can be argued that all they were paid to do by Chewrong (sic) was to disperse the protesters. How the military went about doing is entirely their responsiblity....On the other hand, Big Oil preaches community engagement, proactive communication and all the other crap they talk about, they should be reining in any excesses by people paid by them.......

Still don't get what Chevron did wrong. That court case was an assault on the judicial process.
